Services

Our services comprises of Maintenance & Support, Managed Services and Professional Services. Post-sales support and Maintenance: - we support most of our customers by comprehensive maintenance contract to ensure that their critical networks (both hardware and software) are supported. These contracts range from traditional warranty support (& also post warranty support) to maintenance during office hours to 24 X 7 critical support.

Managed Services include Remote management (servers, desktops & network), Managed Security, WAN monitoring and management and On-site support. We provide skilled L1/L2/L3 engineers who will support the IT infrastructure onsite. We also have the in-house infrastructure setup, where a team of technical engineers who will be supporting the customers and onsite engineers troubleshooting remotely.

In additional to comprehensive maintenance support, we also offer Annual Service Contract (ASC) wherein the maintenance cost reduces and will not be a burden for the organization. Professional services include consultancy & Design, Implementation and Deployment, Relocation services.

SECURITY
